fried dumplings

Ingredients
- ground pork
- shredded cabbage
- grated ginger
- crushed garlic
- brown sugar
- black pepper
- soy sauce
- sesame oil
- dumpling wrappers (bought in Japanese shop)

Mix ingredients and fold into dumplings.  Seal edges with fork and small amount of water.

Fry dumplings in small amount of oil until browned.  Add small amount of water, cover pan and steam until done, turning once or twice.  Add small amount of oil if necessary and continue frying until crisp.
